What is a doula?
A doula is a person that provides physical, emotional and informational support to a pregnant person during pregnancy, labor and early postpartum.
Do I have to have a home/birth center birth to use your services?
No, I welcome all types of birth plans.
What area do you service?
Serving across the DFW Metroplex & Surrounding areas.
Do you travel?
Under certain circumstances; contact me and let’s talk about it!
Can I hire you at any point in my pregnancy?
Yes, it’s never too early or never too late to hire a doula!
Do you take health insurance?
Not at the moment; cash and credit/debit only.
Do I still need a doctor if I have a doula?
Yes, a doula is not a medical provider.
Is a doula and a midwife the same?
No, a midwife is a medical provider, doulas do not perform clinical tasks.
Do I have to pay for services up front?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of hire, and the remaining balance is due by 36 weeks of pregnancy.
